Thank you for visiting my website! I’m glad you’re here.

Tom Marino is a highly-respected relationship strategist, thought-leader, author, and speaker. He founded Tom Marino Coaching to help ambitious, high achievers navigate their relationships by recognizing the power of their choices. His book, Bridge to Change, documents his innovative strategies that catalyze change and transformation, which he shares with his coaching clients. The book is a “field guide” both for readers as they navigate periods of transition, and his clients as they navigate the coaching experience.

Marino’s professional background and personal journey of transformation has equipped him with his unique perspective. After quitting a job that left him overworked and unfulfilled, Marino pivoted and became a consultant, later drafting his own unique job description to fulfill a need for one of his clients. As Chief Transformation Officer for a nonprofit healthcare company, he utilizes his skills as a coach to oversee change and transformation - coaching senior leaders, evaluating performance goals, and implementing new values for the organization. In the face of unemployment, uncertainty, and fear, Marino chose opportunity… and now he helps others to do the same.

Marino works with executives and professionals all over the U.S. to help them overcome burnout and find success and fulfillment in their personal and professional lives. He has found that often, the greatest area of struggle for most burnout professionals, is their personal relationships. As a relationship strategist, Marino is deeply committed to helping highly motivated individuals create balance by identifying their core values, exploring their fears, and ultimately, making better choices. In addition to his private coaching, Marino leads workshops and moderates a mastermind group for young professionals who are ready to adrenalize their lives.

Tom Marino has a background in healthcare as a Licensed and Certified Physician Assistant; he earned a B.S. in Psychology and Biology from Union College, and went on to graduate with a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center Physician Assistant Program. He has a Certificate in Life Coaching (CLC) from Life Purpose Institute in San Diego, California. Most importantly, he is also a husband and father of two. Tom is especially grateful for a fulfilling career that has allowed him to be more present in his kids’ lives.
